There are plenty of strong, reliable service providers in the field. Finding one that is cost effective, however, shortens the list considerably. We don’t worry about the loads that Best handles. We do not track them or follow up with them. Once we tell them, we basically forget about it. Best always goes above and beyond on the shipments they handle for us. Normally, if we have something HOT or important on another carrier, we have to follow up and make sure things are progressing. Not with Best — Best does a better job than we could do ourselves!
